CAM CiTY REALTY is under direction of board of directors-Mr. Kep Samphy and Mr. Chea Lom Ang Phka. Mr. Kep Samphy holds dual Master’s degrees from Royal University of Law and Economics in Master of Management (Cambodia) and from Asian Institute of Technology in Services Marketing (Thailand). Mr. Chea Lom Ang Phka is a PhD candidate in Business Administration. He had graduated from ESCP-EAP (France) and AIT (Thailand) WITH DUAL Master’s degrees in International Project Management and in International Business Management.

With a two-year real estate experiences in managing property appraisal services, Mr. Kep Samphy-Marketing Director-is responsible for expanding customer bases, promoting company services and ensuring competitive advantages.

As an Accounting Manager, Mr. Heng VecheakMony is accountable for bookkeeping and recording accounding transactings along with managing office. He had graduated from Preston University (US Wyoming state) with an MBA degree in management.

This department is jointly managed by M. Chea Lom Ang Phka and Mr. In Sitha. Mr. Chea Lom Ang Phka is an External Property Manager. He is an expert in Property management and a consultant on land development. Mr. In Sitha is an Internal Property Manager. With an eight-year experience in property valuation and appraisal services, he has become a professional service provider. He holds Master’s degree in Management. CCRG’s valuation and appraisal services are recognized by local and international customers ranging from embassies to NGOs. Presenly, Cambodia has not yet adopted laws on property valuation and appraisal and real estate agent. However, CCRG’s valuation reports are done on the basis of independent and unbiased opinions for our clients’ trustworthiness and satisfaction.
